International Delivery

All international parcels will take between 5 to 7 working days for delivery using DHL World Express.

Shipping Surcharge

Please note occasionally we may contact you directly by email to collect shipping surcharges in relation to your online order. If the destination of your order is located at the Highlands & Islands, and other remote locations, we may contact you directly by email to collect shipping surcharges that may arise with your order delivery. In some cases, shipping couriers charge a shipping surcharge to these areas due to the delivery destination location being remote.

Destination where shipping surcharge may be applied in addition to your original postage costs from your online order:

  • UK Highlands & British Islands

  • Northern Ireland

  • Greek Islands

  • Spanish Islands

  • Italian Islands

Your order will be shipped upon the payment of additional surcharge. Please note that we reserve the rights to cancel your order in case of failure to pay for the surcharges.


Return & Refund

Our Standard Return Policy

We are happy to issue a refund for any unused item that is returned in its original condition and packaging.

Return Eligibility

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the exact condition that you received it, including the original packaging.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Please attach either an invoice or a copy of your purchase order email confirmation with your returned goods.

Returning an Item
When returning an item, please retain any proof of postage from your shipper. We will not be responsible for any item that is lost or damaged in transit. If you are returning any fragile items such as ceramics and glassware, please ensure that it is well packaged using sufficient bubble wrap to prevent any damages during transit and ensure its safe journey. If you are shipping an item that is worth over £75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we cannot accept returned items with any damages incurred once en route, in transit. Please claim this directly with your return shipping courier. Please also note that all shipping and handling fees cannot be returned.

Please send us an email regarding your return to info@nativeandco.com, quoting your name and order number. Our customer services team will assist you with any returns information.

Refund Procedure
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit or debit card or original method of payment within 3 to 5 working days.

Can I Exchange Items?

Unfortunately, we don't offer exchanges. Please kindly return by post for a refund and place a new online order. Please note we do not cover return postage. - Find out more here.

Please kindly note that the sizing of our slippers may vary to other footwear, please see our Suggested Shoe Size Chart for your closest size.


Delivery Information

Dispatch Time
It may take between 2-3 working days for us to prepare your order for shipping. You will be notified by email once your order has been dispatched.

If for any reason you do not receive your notification email, please contact us as soon as possible at info@nativeandco.com.

Delivery Delays
Please note that occasional delays may occur due to stock allocation. Should any delays be incurred outside the standard dispatch time, we will notify you via email.

Failure to Receive Your Delivery

Please track and monitor your delivery closely via the tracking number in your dispatch confirmation email. If you fail to receive your order after successive delivery attempts, the order will be returned to us and a return delivery charge will be incurred and deducted from your issue refund. Please note that the original postage fee cannot be refunded.

Order Marked As Delivered?

If your order status has been marked as delivered by the servicing courier and you have not received your order, please immediately contact the courier service and enquire about the status of your delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure that you or the recipient is available to receive your order and to make prior arrangements if you are unable to do so. Please notify us within 3 working days from the date of the confirmed delivery from servicing courier, failure to do so will hinder our efforts in effectively assisting you with relocating your order and it will be your sole responsibility to resolve any issues with the servicing courier.

'Online-Only' Items
If your order contains one or more 'Online Only' items, it may take between 5 to 7 working days for your order to dispatch together.

'Pre-Order' Items
All 'Pre-Order' items have an estimated delivery schedule listed in the product description. We aim to dispatch your order with the 'Pre-Order' items altogether as soon as they become available. If you wish to receive the available items first, please kindly email us quoting your order reference number. Please note that the 'Pre-Order' delivery schedule is only an estimate and the actual delivery time may vary or sometimes be delayed due to customs duty.


Taxes & Duties

Local taxes and duties are included in your order.
All EU, US, Canadian and International customers will not be paying any additional fees when receiving the shipment.

For online order placed after the 20th of January 2021, we include the cost of taxes and duties in your order and you will not receive any additional local bills when your order arrives at the destination country.

For online orders placed before the 20th of January 2021, you may still have to cover the local taxes and duties if your shipping destination is outside the UK.


Damaged & Defective Etc.

To report any damages or defective product, please send us an email at info@nativeandco.com with relevant information and photos attached within 7 working days upon delivery.

Report a Shipping Damage
If your order is damaged during delivery, please keep all shipping boxes and packing materials as evidence for shipping damage claim. Please kindly email us with photos of the following listed evidence and our customer services team will get in touch with you.

Report a Defective Item
If you believe that the item(s) you have received is defective, please kindly send relevant information with photos or videos attached to show the defective parts. After we receive your claim, our customer services team will review your claim and provide a solution by email.

We reserve the right to reduce a refund to reflect the loss of value for any damages caused by the customer as a result of unnecessary handling.

*Please do not send the defective items back to our store. We kindly ask you to hold on to your item until you have received instructions from our customer services team with regards to your defective claim.
*Please note that we will not cover any postage charge if the damaged or defective item(s) is sent back to our store before you submit a claim via email to info@nativeandco.com.
